Expertise ranges from planning comprehensive communications strategies to implementing tactical campaigns seen across the globe. Eydie writes for and has managed external publications, Web sites, ad campaigns, trade shows, sales conferences, and trade media events.

Expertise includes writing for and managing internal newsletters and intranet sites; developing and implementing communications campaigns to launch management initiatives such as safety programs, IT/technology software and new work practices; and implementing internal corporate brand management programs both nationally and internationally.

Proven experience with international, U.S., and Houston-area media outlets. She has an extensive crisis communications background and routinely analyzes key messages and monitors media for clients.  Eydie also develops and implements media and speech strategies for executives.

Experience includes building and managing the Shell Chemicals umbrella brand, product brands, and visual identity in more than 70 countries around the world. She also developed the national guidelines supporting CenterPoint Energy’s “Offering Hand” brand campaign.

Expertise includes designing surveys using the latest methodologies and gathering and analyzing data from primary and secondary sources. Eydie has personally managed more than 100 projects including focus groups, telephone interviews, and Web-based surveys.
